When afternoon, do what the locals do and do afternoon high tea with all the trimmings @palazzoparisio. Yummy sandwiches, delightful sweets and some of the best scones I've ever eaten.
I like cooking on a Sunday for some reason, so today I started with potato and leek soup, which came nice and velvety after blending; followed by focaccia made from scratch and egg muffins seeing I had leftover egg to use up... Comment if you want a recipe!
Late breakfast at Olive3, toasted Maltese bread, tomatoes, crumbled feta, balsamic vinegar...oh so yum! And a cheeky 'after' shot ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜Š
